Cooling Towers for the UAE – Sized for Gulf Wet-Bulb
Coastal UAE sites run at high wet-bulb temperatures. Example: Dubai 0.4% design wet-bulb is 29.8 °C (Eurovent Middle East, 2024), above the 28 °C used for catalog ratings. A tower picked straight from a catalog will usually fall short at these conditions, so we re-select every unit for your design wet-bulb, approach and altitude.
Water and hygiene
District cooling plants in Dubai are expected to use alternative water sources such as TSE (Dubai Executive Council Resolution No. 27 of 2008). Dubai Municipality Technical Guideline 44 sets Legionella control requirements for owners. Our towers are designed to support owner compliance with drift eliminators, access doors and cleanable fill; the water-treatment programme remains the owner’s responsibility.
