Apex towers are built by qualified partner factories in China that specialise in FRP and steel cooling towers. Apex manages each order from selection to shipment: we confirm the technical specification with the factory, follow production, arrange inspection and collect the test and shipping documents for your project file.
How each order is checked
1. Specification and drawing confirmation · 2. Incoming material check (FRP, steel, coil, fill, fan, motor) · 3. Coil pressure test (closed-circuit towers) · 4. Pre-assembly / fit-up check · 5. Final inspection and photo record · 6. Packing and loading photos
Inspection options for buyers
Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, BV, TÜV) at the buyer’s choice and cost · Factory witness testing by the buyer or its consultant, by appointment · Photo and video reports at each production stage
Documents per order
Order-specific test and inspection records · Packing list and loading photos · CTI documentation for eligible series on request
Warranty
16 months from shipment or 12 months from commissioning, whichever comes first. Full terms are stated in each quotation.
